Return Policy:
- Eligibility: Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been opened or consumed. Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Food items such as Mukhwas, Paan, Supari, and other related products are non-returnable once opened for health and safety reasons.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will assess and, if applicable, arrange for replacement or refunds.
Refund Policy:
- Processing Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for unopened, unused items that are returned in their original packaging and condition. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be provided in cases where only a part of the order is returned or if the product is damaged upon arrival.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Unsatisfactory Items:
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the product, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
