Cancellation & Refund

Yamu’s Panchayat, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our cancellation and refund policies carefully to understand how we handle order cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled free of charge if request is made before the product has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at 098540 26026 to cancel your order.
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be processed according to our refund policy. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return if applicable.
  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Certain orders, particularly customized or special promotional products, may not be canceled once confirmed. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of ordering.

Refund Policy:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for orders that are canceled before shipment or for products that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Processing Refunds: Upon approval, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 working days after the return/damaged goods are received and inspected.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Food products like Mukhwas, Paan, and Supari are generally non-refundable once opened or consumed, unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with images of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
